Is replacing the board the only work needed?
That depends on the condition of the existing installation. An assessment may identify circuit faults or other work that needs to be considered with the upgrade. The quotation should make clear what is included and which findings need a separate decision.
Will the electricity need to be turned off?
A board change requires a planned isolation. Let us know about alarms, refrigeration, medical equipment or business operations that depend on the supply. Access and the expected interruption will be discussed before a work date is agreed.
