Inspection & reporting
EICR certificates & electrical inspection
Understand the condition of your installation.
Service overview
Our NICEIC-registered electricians provide Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), often called EICR certificates, for homes, rental properties and commercial premises. We inspect and test the installation, record its condition and explain any recommended remedial work.
What happens if the inspection identifies a problem?
We explain the findings and any recommended action. Inspection and testing do not automatically include every repair: remedial work is agreed separately so you can review its scope and price. Share an earlier report if you want us to investigate particular items.
How should I prepare the property?
Arrange access to the distribution boards, sockets and areas included in the inspection. Tell us about sensitive equipment, occupied tenancies and restrictions on switching off supplies. We can use this information to plan the visit and explain any limitations.
